Tina Cascone

Dr. Tina Cascone is an associate professor, multidisciplinary section chief, and director of translational research in the Department of Thoracic/Head and Neck Medical Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, United States. Her physician-scientist program focuses on mechanisms of tumor response and resistance to immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer. She has led practice-changing neoadjuvant immunotherapy trials including NEOSTAR and CheckMate 77T, serves as an At-Large Director on the board of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer, and holds editorial roles at the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer and Cancer Immunology Research. She is a frequent speaker at major international thoracic oncology congresses.
