Dr. Xiuning Le is an associate professor in the Department of Thoracic/Head and Neck Medical Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, USA. Her clinical and translational work focuses on oncogene-driven non-small cell lung cancer, including EGFR-mutant and MET exon 14 skipping disease, HER2 mutations, and mechanisms of resistance to targeted therapy. She has contributed to practice-shaping trials, including as first author of the RAMOSE study of osimertinib with or without ramucirumab in EGFR-mutant NSCLC, and has reported on emerging HER2-targeted therapy in lung cancer.
