Giuseppe Banna

Dr. Giuseppe Luigi Banna is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust in Portsmouth, United Kingdom, and an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Portsmouth. His thoracic oncology work focuses on systemic anticancer treatments for lung cancer and the development of predictive immunotherapy models incorporating blood immune-inflammatory indexes, alongside genitourinary malignancies. He has served as Principal Investigator on more than 20 clinical and translational studies, published over 200 peer-reviewed papers, and holds editorial roles including the Journal of the National Cancer Center.
