OncoViews is a registered trademark and an initiative of PEAK Medicals GmbH based in Thalwil, Zurich. References to “we“, “our“ or “organizer(s)” mean PEAK Medicals GmbH. All OncoViews events or event series, such as webinars, web- and broadcasts, livestreams, interviews or any other platforms for exchange like round-table discussions are only accessible to students of medicine and life sciences, certified healthcare professionals, associated press, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of cancer. By registering, you legally confirm that you belong to one of these stakeholders and have read, confirmed and accepted the full Terms of Use of OncoViews. We reserve the right to check your status as a practicing healthcare professional. In order to comply with Swiss and European regulations, we kindly ask all non-sponsoring representatives of the industry, other agencies or publishers to register for the Industry Pass here.

Photographs, Audiovisual Material and Streaming

The organizer will – without the further consent of the participants – use and release pictures and videos taken during the event for reports of the event and/or in future marketing materials. By registering to this event, you agree that photographs, audio or video recordings taken during the event that could include recognizable images or voices of you will be posted on channels representing OncoViews, including but not limited to social media, online channels and other digital and printed media and platforms. The organizer reserves the right to use any images and video recordings taken during the event in future marketing materials. Actual use of the recording(s) does not give rise to any claim for compensation.

Press

Press permission must be obtained in written from the organizer prior to the event. Press and media employees will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. Picture, video and audio recordings may only be made with the written permission of the organizer.

The protection of your data and the observance of your right of informational self-determination with regard to the collection, processing and use of your personal data are important to us.
